About 10 km from the city center, Graz International Airport is connected to the city by the A9 and A2 motorways. You can reach the airport from different points of the city center.

Bus

Buses to the airport depart from the main bus terminal in the city center. The ticket price is 2.20 euro for one-way boarding.

Train

You can reach the airport in 12 minutes by train from the main train station in the city center. You need to get off at the Flughafen Graz - Feldkirchen train station. This station is about 10 minutes’ walk from the airport’s departing passenger terminal.

You can make a reservation for return from the office at airport or you can make ask for it from your hotel to make a booking for you. Airport Information

Graz International Airport has all kinds of facilities you can expect from an airport, including numerous eating and drinking areas, stores and duty-free shops. The airport does not have a jet bridge, publicly known bellows, so passengers are only provided with buses from the doors to the airplane.

At the departure terminal, 4 different internet providers offer free service. Three of them are located in the Schengen area and one of them is located in the Non-Shengen area. You can take advantage of the lounge service free of charge with a private card or pay 17 Euros. Graz International Airport offers an alternative event for those who are really interested in aviation and those who are curious about what is happening at the airport.

With the guided airport tour, you can browse both the known areas of the airport as well as the departments that are not open to the passengers, and you can get detailed information about how the airport works. A tour of up to 25 people takes 1.5 hours and costs 75 Euros per person. In order to participate in the tours between 7 am and 5 pm, seven days of the week, you need to book an average of 14 days in advance.
