Transportation to Airport from Dublin City Center
Dublin Airport

Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport is Germany’s second largest airport after Stuttgart Airport. The airport is located 40 km from Karlsruhe city center. You can also use the Karlsruhe Stadtbahn tram-train system, which is located at a distance from the airport, to get to the city center from the airport. There are 55 trains that run daily. Trains operate 24 hours a day and take between 15 and 22 minutes to get to the city center.
Ticket prices for the train vary between 11 and 16 euros. Tickets can be purchased at the stations. The last stop for trains S4 and S41 are Karlsruhe. There are also other trains that pass through the city.
Taxi
If you don’t want to take public transportation to get to the city center from the airport then you can take a taxi. Taxis are readily available at the terminal exit. It usually takes about 20 minutes to get to the city from the airport by cab. This can vary depending on the traffic conditions. A taxi to the city from the airport costs about 30 euros.
Car
Another transportation alternative to get to the city is by car. You can rent a car at the airport. Rental car companies that you can choose from include Enterprise, Buchbinder, and Avis Autovermietung. You can get to the city center by car via the A5 motorway and B36 expressway.
