Baggage Right and Charges
Passengers flying with Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class can check in two pieces of baggage, each weighing no more than 32 kg, while Economy Class passengers are allowed two pieces with a maximum weight of 23 kg each. All passengers of Thai Airways are permitted to carry on one piece of hand baggage that does not exceed 7 kg during the flight. The dimensions of the hand baggage must not exceed 56 x 45 x 25 cm.

On all flights longer than six hours, passengers are provided with a sleeping bag, pillow, and blanket. For those wanting to shower in their private bathrooms, bath amenities and towels are also provided. The suites come equipped with a 23-inch smart TV, offering 300 TV channels, 130 movies, and 500 songs, along with wireless internet access. Royal Silk Class passengers can enjoy their journey in seats that recline to 160 degrees, watching movies and TV shows on 15-inch smart TVs, and they also have access to wireless internet. Economy Class passengers can watch movies on mini TVs mounted in comfortable seats with a slight recline.

On short flights, passengers in Economy class are offered sandwiches, while those on intercontinental flights receive a hot meal service. Royal Silk Class guests start their journey with champagne and fruit juice, followed by a serving of salads and appetizers, then the main course. Throughout the flight, passengers can order any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks they desire. Royal First Class passengers, the most esteemed guests on the plane, commence their flight by choosing from a selection of drinks like vintage champagne, cocktails, wine, soft drinks, and fruit juice. Along with their drinks, they're presented with caviar enhanced with specially prepared seasonings. When it's time to eat, soup, salad, and the main course are served in sequence. Throughout the meal, Royal First Class passengers are free to consume both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, concluding with a dessert and fruit service.
