Located along the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan’s capital Baku is a rising star in the East gaining notoriety for its oil, gas, and caviar. One of the city’s most important avenues, Heydar Aliyev Avenue will connect you to the Boyuk Shor Highway, which goes to the airport. From the highway take the Airport exit. Taxi

Once you pick up your car at Penang International Airport, you can deliver the car at one of the rental offices in the city, or leave it at the offices in the airport terminal building if you return to the airport. The offices of AVIS and other car rental companies at Penang International Airport usually provide service between 8 am and 9 pm.
